Data Protection act guidelines:
Place signs near cameras so the public are aware that they are entering an area covered by surveillance equipment.
Sign should identify the person or organisation responsible for the scheme.
Sign should give details of where and how to get in contact with the camera owner.(eg. address, phone number)
